shorter kick start on some models

I recall a t hread that said some earlier berg models had a shorter kick start that fitted the later 07 and 08 models. Is that true and from what year, and how much shorter is it.

no it's the '07+ kickstart levers fitting retro everything else!

go into the doc, into chapter one-year recognition.....

thanks Taffy, do you know what changes between the 07 and 08 motors was. Is the change only something about the water pump seal?
