I HAVE ALL THE SOFTWARE ON MY PC TO USE THE TOOL BUT WHEN I PLUG IT IN THE BIKE IT DOES NOT RECOGNISE THE ECU CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE INITIAL FIRST TIME ON BIKE SET UP,THE BIKE HAS NOT YET BEEN RUN, DO I NEED TO RUN IT BEFORE THE UST IS USED.
 
The bikes does not come with the open mapp that is needed to use the UST, you need to change the mapp to the open for the UST, and that must be done withe the bigger tool that most dealers have.

Dealer must "unlock" the ECU for you to be able to program it. Basically, like was said above, an open MAP must be installed first by the dealer.
