Are All SEM Startors The Same?
I Have Found A Cheap One On Ebay But It Doesnt Say Where Its From?
 
It would appear they aren't the same going on appearance. This thread covers a bit on it. The Husky one did not have a heavy blue wire coming out from the 12V coils. It's blue wire was the same thickness as the other CDI wires.

Does the one you are looking at have two thick yellow & one thick blue wire for 12V charging & one thin black, one thin red & one thin green for the CDI? If it does there is a fair chance it would work, although the base plates may need swapping over
