Good afternoon all,
So it turns out that my question pertains to an SEM stator in a '99 VOR 503, which I understand is very similar to, if not the same as a Husaberg unit. Anyways, the stator harness has only 3 wires coming out of it, which all go to the coil. As with other brand stators, this would imply that this particular SEM stator does not have coils to produce power for lighting and other accessories.
Is this correct? Can this stator be re-wound to produce voltage for accessories? Or might I get lucky and find that there are already provisions within the stator for power?
Thank you all in advance for any help!
