Hi, does anyone know what material the gearbox selector drum for a FX 470 is made from. Mine has had the point knocked off on 4th gear position so will consider a weld rebuild if I can identify the material. Cheers, Stu
Thanks taffy, I realised it was a type of aluminium but trying to identify the specific alloy to get a compatable filler rod. One things for sure, it's a better grade that window joinery!!!. Cheers, Stu
