Current temp outside at 0947hr is -12c (10f) yes other places get colder but this is the UK in November.
I suspect we've been softened up a bit after about 20 yrs of mild winters.
Off to stick screws in my tyres now after the success of last year, though i've learnt not to bother with the centre of the rear tyre.
