Rough Idle and bottom end...

09 FE 450, stopped running right a while ago, took the injector apart, cleaned it using the 9v battery method, bikes running alright again but rough on the bottom end, very surge-y if that makes sense, lumpy and almost as if it fires every other time?

any ideas, i was meticulous for clenliness when i did it before? could i have adjusted something wrong?
