Hey all

Here is a local hare scramble from last week end. Got a lousy start but managed to work my way throught the pack for 6th, which I was not happy with. But considering the course and condtions I should be happy with.

Enjoy

Good ride, cheers for the view, similar to rides here, but you guys ride tight through the trees,as in,trees shoulder/shoulder,are you please with the bikes traction in the wet? It looked like it was finding good lines in slippery conditions.

Love it where you ripped up that hill of DoOm and passed all the other bikes on the mighty Berg! Great job.

Sensational Looki. I was bracing myself for a fall everytime I saw one of those big wet trees accross the track :D

What model of video camera are you using, if you don't mind me asking. The video looks very clear compare to some that I have seen.

Someone already asked Looki that last video and here is what he had to say:

The camera is actually a Vholder HD 1080P. It records on sd memory and you get about 3 hours shooting at 720 @ 60FPS with a 8gig card. Battery life is about 2-3 hours dependant on temp. The battery is a lithium ion rechargeable and I have a spare but have not needed it much.

A friend has a Hero camera and rarly uses it due to rapid consumption of the AA batteries. His is also the wide angle version which he says makes every thing look like your watching through a fish bowl.
That said, I don’t believe his is a HD version.

Nice vid .. nice ride, Looki!

And that kind of terrain is *exactly* why I bought the FE 390 ... and love it so much.

Cheers! E-Ticket

Great footage and great riding! I rode an event in very similar conditions last sunday and I'm still recovering now!
