rockers are different

be careful if like me you get another rocker cover and someone throws in the rockers and stuff for free.

there is a difference between the exhaust rockers on the BV motors and the SV motors. upon checking today the tappets have been right on the edge of the valves. i would imagine that in the three months it's been on there i have been wearing out the exhaust valve guides at an angle.

Can you explain what the BV and SV motors are? I am unfamiliar with those terms.

i trust that you sussed that sv stands for small valve head. this has 35/27 valves. the bv stands for big valve head and that has 37/30 valves.

somebody posted recently that thery thought that the std val#ve size for all was now 35/30. me? i don't thtink so....
