Rewound stator, better starting?

My SEM stator is gone, i'm having it rewound.
Will "new" stator help me with hard starting? I couldn't start the bike with electric start and sometimes i had to kick it couple times to get it started when hot.

The "sparks" stator rewind will definitely help with starting. whether or not it is a cure all, I will say no. You still have to have all the basics covered. Decomp system working, valves properly adjusted, idle and fuel mixture and timing properly set.

Decomp system is working, valves are adjusted and i only need to play some more with idle and fuel.
Also i need new battery.

I think that my Berg is going to fire up on button when i repair everything.

if you need a stator, just holla over here, i have them on the shelf.

when i put sparks rewound on my 02-501 (what a difference) it starts on the button cold or hot, and thats with a almost 5 year old battery. an fcr-carb helps also. but i installed that after the stator.

in a way yes! weed sent me a hybrid and yetserday sparks called to ask "which way do you want to go with it?" to which i replied; "well lets have one in stock for the older bikes!". so if you buy it it was an inspired choice i think! it'll be here by the end of the week.
