hey guys,
earlier this year i have installed a "enduro lighting kit dual sport kit" on my berg, i have a hid headlight that was not part of the kit, front and rear led signals, led brake/running light and the factory horn, basically the kit i have is the cheapest kit available that i know of and happy with it so far but the headlight switch is a pos, my low beam only works if the you hold the switch in the position between off and low beam and the high beam, horn and singals work normally..

basically i need a replacment headlight/multifunction switch but i dont want to get the same thing, the switch functions needed are off/high/low beam headlight, horn, and turn signals, i dont not care about signal or high beam indicators but they might be nice, would like to be as basic as possible without any other functions that i would not use...

anybody have ideas of a donor vehicle that i could buy a used or new factory switch and wire it in?

just thought i would ask before i spent three hours searching ebay looking at pictures of switches...

I found one! i gave up looking then of course i found one by accident browsing through ebay. this switch is a off
a 2007 ktm superduke 990, 950, 690, is what the ad says, ktm part number is 61011070000. the kit i got was the tusk enduro lighting kit, the ktm switch is also a 9 wire like the tusk wiring kit so it should be an easy swap, once i modify the connector it will be like it was always that way. the switch only has horn, turn signals and hi/lo headlight functions. i dont have any complains about the tusk wiring kit except that the headlight switch is useless, only lasted about 30 hours before it started having issues and not working properly, i can only assume but i think this switch will hold up better.
