I'm replacing my old kickstarter shaft with a new one. The new axle is the replacement axle (-03 or newer) that Husaberg says should work since the old one is discontinued. Only problem is that the new axle doesn't look the same as the old one and it catches a ledge in the engine case. What to do? Use a rotary file and create enough space for the axle? Or is it just me that's incompetent? :twisted:
