hello. I recently bought a Husaberg FS 650, the engine had problems with overheating when I disassembled the engine, and before that was already taken apart a few times and changed in the head gasket and the head is planed on a lathe, the piston is in poor condition, has klipnjaca Luft, the crankshaft bearings are not good, let the rubber valves, phase chain was stretched, the camshaft bearings are from an unknown producer, little bearing on the seesaw is not just poured it all in all, lose all ...... i ordered the necessary parts,,, i ordered all new except valves and transmissions. Does someone can help me on what needs to be careful when assembled, the tolerance that I hold, is there still the engine of some problems that can be removed before the assembly on .... how many valves are to be changed? motor is 2005 years old .. the chassis number and engine number VBKHUA4085M784711 582 005 518

Hi,

On the left hand side of the home page you will see 'owners doc'. There is a whole heap of infor there.

Good Luck

you can also go to the husaberg website and download the manual for free. it will tell you all the info you need and also a step by step dismantle and reassembly of the engine. the manual is a must have if your rebuilding the engine.

It's hard what I could find, as I understand little English, that you would find who or what might give you some addresses of the master and to contact them .. thanks
