Is it possible to remove the spark plug from an '04 FE650 without removing the Clark tank? The plug wrench will fit, but I don't see how to put a handle on it to break it loose or tighten it. Is there a trick or do you remove the tank?

Thanks.

I recently bought it used, and so far it has been a blast. I have not ridden it nearly as much as I would like, though. I am 59, so there is no way I have the ability to use it as intended, but I wanted something that had plenty of power, plush suspension and is as light as possible. It has taken me a while to get comfortable with the engine noise. In this forum I read someone say the engine sounded like a worn out dishwasher and I agree - until you twist the throttle! I mounted Pirelli MT43 tires and am impressed with them on and off road. We will see how they hold up. I had to shorten the kick start lever to accommodate the Clark tank and it surprised me how much more difficult it is to kick through. I am appreciate the magic button! All in all, I am pleased.
