Wurth have a product called Rost Off Ice that freezes (shrinks) things. Spray a little bit of that on the bearing and hopefully it will slide right out with a hook.
Failing that you will need to buy a bearing puller or need to make one. Some good ideas on the net available for their construction. I have one big one and one smaller adjustable one and have had to make different sized claws for it with some bolts and some fine grinding.
You need a blind hole puller. Be carefull, I have seen at least one cover ruined trying to remove those bearings.
Make sure you have replacement bearings as well. They were discontinued from Husaberg last time I checked. I was eventually able to source the bearings on the internet.
i got two bearings from my husaberg dealer, so thats no problem
i started to change bearings when i got an evil noise from the clutch side,
it was a needle bearing to the kick that was the fault, but i have already damaged the bearing trying to get it out, so now i must remove it if i want to ever get the electrical start working.
we have "dyna bolts" for securing things into concrete that kind of work like a bearing puller might work if your stuck
heat the alloy to at least 150 deg C in the oven as well
i've heard of people using wet newspaper to ram into the cavity with a snug fitting drift they say the paper hydraulically pushes the bearing out, don't know if it works
if i was having reall trouble with those bearings id either machine the race through on one side and knock out the bits or drill a 3mm hole through from the other side to knock out the race, tap with an M4 tap and put a wee screw back in the hole.
