Relay chattering

05 450fe, starts and charges fine (New stator) but at idle the relay chatters/ buzzes. It stops when revving. if I wind the idle up just to fast, it goes away too. it's not the relay, a new one didn''t make any difference.

Ideas?
 
Could be anything else from contacting cables up to the switch...
...take your time and check it in every detail. Sometimes it's hard too see.
 
just check the wiring diagram into the relay? it was an OEM item wasn't it? I think there's going to be something wrong with the wiring.
