Rekluse EXP 2.0 bulletin

Interesting..... I wonder if us Revloc Dynaring users should consider doing the same thing....? :?

Is anyone else experiencing ALOT of squeeling? I originally used a standard friction disk first in on my 390. Last night I swapped it out for the thin disk and spring/seat. I also changed stack order and put the Rekluse on top as per this bulletin. Have already tried switching oil to Shell Rotella as per recomendation from Rekluse. Fingers crossed this cuts down on some of the noise. Im sick of all my buddies looking at my bike concerned like she is terminally ill

That doesn't sound right. I still get some squeal but it's pretty rare. And it's always if I get on the gas real hard if I'm up against something, etc.

I always think it takes a couple oil changes to get all the previous oil out, but that could be just some misguided impression... ;)

I guess you could try reducing your gap until you get less squeal? Also, try 6 red springs. That seemed to help me. I have since switched back to 3red+3blue because I was having stalling issues, but I think it's because when I put in the new parts from Rekluse, the proper gap setting changed and I wasn't putting enough turns on the thing. 6 reds seemed to grab harder.

I tend to get an awful chatter sound when I manually override the clutch. But no squeal or chatter when I leave the lever alone.

Hi guys,
I have a 2012 fe570 with a rekluse exp 2.0. Bike and clutch both 20 hours on the clock. Today the clutch disengaged a couple of times whilst riding, then finally refused to engage at all. After letting the bike sit and cool for a while, I started it again and it would engage for first gear but nothing taller unless I lifted the rear wheel off the ground. Does this sound like the issue addressed in the bulletin or something else?
