Anyone know the specs on a Regulator Rectifier on the FE390? I need one quick or universal on even one from another brand of bike just need to know the specs on it

Do you know which specs you need? As far as I know the stock puts out 210W DC and we csn probably find out more.

Cheers Tourist, thats helpful as I want to find an equivalent from possibly another make if possible. You dont know any other make of bikes that would be similar do you. I have been told the KTM isn't.

And would teh 390 have the same a the 570 in watts

As far as I know the 70-degrees all use the same electrical system, but I don't know FOR SURE as in haven't checked the parts fiches :)

I believe the 'Bergs of the time are different - higher power to run the EFI.

cheers again. so as long as i get a 5 wire 210w dc unit it should be ok, no matter wht the brand..well lets hope

I'd wait just a short while for smarter forum members than me to have a say :) haha

Keep us posted whatever you do please!

Can't claim that I'm smart but as far as I know the only differences between the 390, 450 and 570 are software map, cam, cylinder with piston, crank and clutch springs.
In Sweden some people are buying 390s/450s to convert them to 570s.

So regarding electrical system they should all be alike (except the -09 that do not have fuel level indicator).
