recommendation for main bearings

Hi Guys

I have to change the main bearings of my Berg FE 600 98 model, but I have some doubts about the best option.
6206/C3 or C4??
Bearing with steel retainer or resin retainer??

Please give me kindly some advice!!

C4 is better even though the C3 is excellent. steel is 100% bulletproof but then the synthetic wouldn't give you trouble anwyay...
