Rebuild of 2005 FE650

Anyone on here had to rebuild an 05 650 ?

Any ideas?

I was hoping to do more KMs on the bike than I have done before I had these issues.

89hrs 5000km (only the best oil used Amsoil 20/50w every 400kms)
