Hi guys I've just bought a 2004 fe450 and love it but only problem I have is I'm 18st and need a rear spring to match my weight...ktech have told me I need a 63-250-100 but the manual states that my spring should be 260mm so was just wondering if any of you guys could help?
Regards Ronnie

Either one will work without issue. The 260mm spring will give you a little more preload adjustment, but as long as you get the right spring you should only have to run a few mm of preload anyway to get your proper sag numbers.

I don't know what 18 stone is but a 6.3 on a 2004 Husaberg is way too light for any rider, I don't care if you only weigh 18 pebbles.

Progressive springs are at least 1cm longer most of the time. I have no idea what 18st means, but for your orientation (if you know what 100kg means and given it is your weight), you need approximately: WP 76/95-260 (progressive) or WP 88-250 (linear spring).

Thanks for the replays guys, I'm going to get the 63-250-100 as it is rated between 90kg and 110kg.

or from factory connection FCW-3 (for 90-100kg rider) or FCW-4 (for 110kg rider). It is a slightly progressively wound spring.
