I'm in the process of installing tail and turn signals ,I can see the channels in sub-fender but where do the wires go from there?

There are two little square plugs that are retained by a small screw. Take out the screw and the plugs and the wires route up through these holes, then across the top of the sub frame in the back and then drop down to the wiring bundle and molex plugs under the battery.

save one of the screws. if you purchase the KTM license plate light, it will serve to fasten it (and save you from having to buy one).

OTOH if you're like me you may find that the fender flexes when you hit your first big bump at speed, allowing the license plate to be grabbed by the rear tire and tear off.

I've since gone to a custom bracket.

yes those plugs got my attention right away but I didnt know they were fastened like that.OK now where are the rear signals mounted?I purchased whole package from Boss which included all seperate components but no instructions.Would have been nice to have European model and just remove what parts I didnt want. Thanks to all.

here's how mine were mounted...

this is the 3 piece KTM setup I referred to. the main disadvantage is that the license plate is sideways and dangles too low.

of course the knobby rear tire can fix it in a hurry.

I dont have that lower sub fender,I located my plate vertical but just below the red tail light

I just removed the NUMBER PLATE LO. PART. And then mounted the signals and plate on the NUMBER PLATE CARRIER. (My wires runs in the NUMBER PLATE CARRIER ) Brake ligth on the left side of it, and turn signals on the rigth side. I dont got an plate ligth rigth now, So just cabel tied it up beneat my seat.
