I couldn't find the spare parts manual for the 2003 bikes online, if you happen to have it around it will be your best friend in a minute.
What I happen to have here is the 2007's spare parts manual and as far as I can tell the clutch lever is the same since 2003, both long (59002031000) and short (54602031000).
For that you'll have plenty of options, I did some research earlier and found that some KTMs use the same lever: KTM 65 SX 2013 / KTM 450 SMR 2006 / KTM 560 SMR 2007 / KTM 450 SX 2006
There are probably other bikes using this lever, but I stoped searching others when I found that the 450 SX uses the same, both clutch and brake levers, as these 2007 Bergs.
For the brake lever I suggest you do the same I did for mine. Pick up the part number on the manual and look for it on other bike's manuals.
