23mm pin on those raptor ones,

could take the bush out of the rod LE and wire erode to 23 but you would loose 0.7mm or so rod length or could sleeve the piston neither way is ideal.
 
i tend to try not to fight 'it' but rather let it come to you a bit. I'm not trying to invent the wheel. thanks anyway

One of the top local WA quad racers is looking at putting an '08 650 motor into his 2010 KTM XC quad racer, says the exsiting 525 motor is too fragile and too gutless :lol:

If he does I'll point him your way Bushy re a 700cc kit for it :twisted:
