just a quick question. I just bought an oem underseat aux gas tank and was wondering where do you relocate the ECM to. I want to find a spot for it before I have to cut off the bracket for it.
Are you referring to the CDI unit? I made a bracket out of flat bar aluminum and mounted it right above the air filter. Keeps it out of the mud and keeps it cool with air flow. A couple strips of dried silicone glue keep the CDI from sliding off the bracket.
That's the one, thanks for the pics. do you have any problems with your seat not fittng. Reason I ask is because my seat hits the wingnut for the airfilter.
The seat fits fine. I've been using this set up for six years with no problems. For me, it's the perfect solution!
