Does a 2010 model come w brake light swiches & functioning brake lights? I am trying to figure out if I can just add a stock 2011 headlight & if it will plug in ? I havent received my bike yet, I saw Hi/ Lo switch & horn switch. The dealer was trying to sell me a Bajadesigns kit but this is the first one they have done. The headlight lens doesnt have the DOT stamp on it. I assumed they knew what they were talking about but I have my doubts, It does say closed course comp. only so I thought it was like KTM EXC. JUst head & tail light. Can any clear this up ? Thanks again , all help much appreciated.

The lighting specs seem to be market specific. The UK (EU spec) models come with Head, tail and brake lights and indicators (turn signals) for road legality. The wiring diagrams of the Australian spec bikes also shows the same setup but the diagrams for the US spec does not show any lighting. No idea if all specs use the same harness but, IMO it would make sense, at least cost wise, to do so. If that's the case than adding lights will be just plug & play. You need to get a closer look at the bike.

I'm in Canada. Not sure what harness is in my bike. When I bought it the stock head light was not much more useful than a flashlight in my teeth. I went with a Trail Tech? I did have to splice the Husaberg light side plug to the Trail Tech harness. Works great.
Bike came with no tail/brake light but plugged right in. Plug for tail light was tucked up under the battery with a few others.
I had to and my own signal wiring no plug and play there.
Horn and fan were plug and playish... the grey wire for the horn and the fan power and diode were foundin the harness behind the right side radiator.
