Putting gear set from fe570 into Fx450

I know that you can change the close ratio gear set out of the FX450 and swap in a set from the FE570 but is it possible to just put in the wide ratio 5th and 6th
Gears into a FX450 and leave the 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th close ratio gears in
