Just purchased a 2005 fs 650, my first Berg, so i thought I'd sign up, its only done 2000 miles, and Akropovic exhaust, but a bit of a dirty unmaintained example and not been used for a few years, but i have it now, i'll look after her. Needs lots fixing, rear brake master cylinder rebuild kit, fork seals, radiator mounts, carb to airbox rubber that bolts to the carb, chain and sprockets, tyres front disc, clutch and brake lines, oil and filter, etc, etc. Just had the frame powder coated, bought a brand new fcr mx carb as the previous owner took the old one off to get it serviced as it had been stood for a winter with the fuel tap on and he says it was like jelly inside so it got sent away and cant find it now. The carb is all at the factory settings, so im assuming its a good place to start, any advice on upgrades/ tuning before it goes back together would be much appreciated
