I have only contacted them 1-2 and both times it was a hit and miss affair. when i did get a hold of them, they were very helpful and the prices were good. but a return call was along time in the waiting...

Just keep calling. I got a email from Andy the other day and he told me that he has been very busy at the shop. He's a great guy, once you get in touch with him he will bend over backwards to help you out.
Just a bit of advice here; If your dealer does not return your phone call, that is BAD service, it does not matter how busy they are. YOU are the customer, as the customer it is not your responsibility to chase them around. If you call and leave a message and they don't call back with-in one business day, take your money and move on. :rant
Re-reading my post before I submitted it, and yes, it is a bit harsh. It really makes me upset to see people get treated like this, a motorcycle shop, like any business, needs customers. A return phone call or e-mail is about the easiest thing to do, so there really is no excuse. Maybe it is time to hire somebody to handle the phones, or get a part time helper, what ever it takes, but without us the customer, shops like these will not last long.
There is nothing worse than seeing a "going out of business" sign hanging in the window of a motorcycle shop.
I am sorry if this is offensive to you shop owners out there, but you know, it is true.
P.S. I just looked at the dates of postings..Have you been trying to reach this guy since January? My god..........
