I made a cover for the airbox to wash the bike. Tired of taping plastic over the filter.
It's made out of fiberglass. It's kind of a ruff cut but works great. For a seal I have 2 strips of
double sided molding tape where the contact side to the frame is dulled and makes a very good cushion
seal.
I made the cover over an old air filter for a mold. The seat does go back on with the cover on. I prefer to wash it
that way anyway and wipe clean under the seat after.
