Just wondering if anybody has powdercoated anything in the husaberg yellow. If so what color code did you use, I'm having a hard time trying to match the paint to my plastics so it matches.

I want to powdercoat my rims twotone half yellow and half blue. so any help would be appreciated

can they powdercoat aluminum nowadays? The oem wheels are anodized. Try adding more orange in the yellow, almost egg yolk flavor.

ya you can powdercoat almost anything these days. I've powdercoated steel, aluminium, magnesium, copper.

thank's for the Idea, I have some ktm orange lying around, I'll add some and see .

yes I powdercoat myself, but it's for personal stuff only. I've only done small parts like catch cans, side covers sprockets. My oven at work is small and would'nt fit rims let alone a frame, I would have to do my wheels at home in my oven ( the wife would love that).

It's a toss up between painting the rims and powdercoating. I know powdercoating is more durable but I would'nt have to remove all the spokes if I paint them. the cost is about the same but the time to prep them is way more for powdercoating.
