I sorted it out over the next couple of months with some engine work and pieces, suspension, black plastic etc. I sanded down the blue faded tank so now it is almost clear. I never found the black boot frame protectors, so they look kind of ratty.
Six months ago I contacted Crispin and got the termplate for the 00-06 plastics, thank you Crispin!
I started messing around with creating some custom graphics on Adobe Illustrator and finally got it finished and here they are. A combination of "regular bike stuff" and some company advertising.

OOH MOTO! Not as pretty as some of the other pics but I like that you posted them! I thought about posting the box of bits that currently is my engine in response but apparently my camera takes pics that are too big for this site, bah technology!
