Hey! Picked up a pair of behr rims, they good some scratches on em. Tried polishing will some brushes to see quickly but seems they are there quite good. Would sand paper do the trick or steel wool? Will send some pics bellow.

Some of those scratches are pretty deep. It's likely some of them will be there even if you sand the rim with gritty sand paper. Perhaps just use a metal polish with a heavy cutting compound and a buffer wheel to get out the minor scratches and live with the deeper ones.
