Plugging the air-injection emission thing

I have, and yes it does improve performance. That valve is connected to an evaporative canister under the left side rear fender and even to the fuel tank vent hose. To get the performance you expect from a 570, you will also need to replace the factory muffler. Your motorcycle cannot breathe with the emission control system and muffler in place. Eliminate them and the machine you will have will be what the Husaberg engineers intended.

Is this the part you're talking about?

Yesterday mine was broken somehow during my ride and the bike ran like crap.

Hole in the cylinder

The broken plug

If yes, then to fix I need to order park number 59030296000, "screw plug," page 18, item 20 of the engine parts list?

Thanks in advance,

That's the valve, all right. Didn't your bike come with the plug? Mine did, unceremoniously thrown in with the owner's manual and tool kit.

If you take off all of the emission gear (there's an evaporative canister under the right rear fender), you will need hose plugs, little rubber caps to cover exposed nipples (don't start), quite a number of zip ties, and some self-sealing rubber tape.

You will also need to do something about the hose on the top of the fuel cap, because it runs back to the evap canister. Do not be tempted to put one of those little check valves on it, because the cap already has a check valve. I replaced the rubber factory hose with some see-through fuel line, and zip-tied it to the steering head. The clear line enables you to see what's going on, and that information can be a good thing.
