please someone help with parts

i live in lithuania and cant get to simple parts for my husaberg fe 650 2002,oe numbers from husaberg parts manual 200135-01 chain tensioner(upper) and 200274-01.i did try to reach dealers in england,latvia but there is no answer,i dont know what to do,my bike stays at mechanics nearly two months!

what is a belt tensioner?
When I arrive at home this evening IÃ‚Â´ll take a look into the parts manual and search for your parts.

thank you hribman i will wait for answer!i did mystake chain tensioner upper one!and another part is something from decompresion system you will find those parts at manual.thank you!
