hi will a rad off a fe 400 2002 mod fit my 501 2000mod

yes the rad will fit.

sorry can't tell. try the electrical test that is in the doc for your stator. i think it's had it. sparks will do you one or PM me/call DCR and i'll sort it wirrim.
