Regarding racing an unprepared bike.

I'm inclined to agree with Dale on this, although for a somewhat different reason.

On several occasions our race team fielded bone-stock machines for reasons very similar to Supermototeam's. In every case of racing success, the highly sceptical public cried, LIES! LIES! LIES!
It would seem the average consumer seems unwilling to believe a stock machine, even with a fabulous rider, can turn in a winning performance without some secret fiddling. The rare believer, was already well aware of the machine and riders capabilitys.

My 2 cents.

And welcome Supermototeam! I think you'll find everybody is rooting for you and your efforts! :wav:
