Phoenix ride?

Anybody up for a little Phoenix ride?

I guess two things are needed for the ride to be a success:

1-A riding area in a central position
2-A riding area that is not closed due to fire restrictions

Berger, do you think P&D would be good? Another idea could be Desert Wells, maybe too far for the Westerners like you.

Ned? Sandskipper? Carl?

If we manage to have more than 2 bergs I guess you can call that a Force Ride...

the term "force ride" is off limits to you froggy! not unless you promise;

1) to buy all the beers
2) need to get all UHE members there by coach

:D :D

i mean, jeez... isn't it awful hot down there! and by the way.. thanks for all the smoke you guys sent us.
i'm in az for another week, then off to the east coast for a couple weeks to watch a grandson being borned (kid has wv heritage). other than that, i'm up for a ride. p&d would be good although a good 1.5 hour drive for me. be good to meet up with more bergites.

Hey Ned we found out that P&D is closed as well :(

Well, sorry for the smoke. We'll have to wait till the first rains.

Let's set something up when it's more reasonable.

And congrats on your grandson!

Well we were thinking about a casual ride but you can come and ride the two days. Actually we can ride from mid-09 to mid-06 here but this year we had a wet winter and we're having a hot summer, and it's bad, very bad.

I had been pondering a Feb. 06 ride. Just about the time all our cold weather friends are "Jonesin" for a ride.

We could organize something ... I can host a couple people and even a little party at my house, there is room for a few people.

And, as you know, it's hot enough in January to use the pool. 8)
