Phoenix, Az East Valley Ride 5/22/2004

Sounds like a great time, wish I could join you. I am leaving at 5am for Camp Wood up near Prescott to join some valley riders on a 50-100mi gathering. Has anyone else from Arizona heard about or considered joining the new AMRA (Arizona Motorcycle Riders Assoc.) club? I am going to learn more about the orginization and meet some new riders from the WFO club (Westside Family Offroad). The first East side (Rock Star MC) club meeting was heald yesterday but I was unable to attend due to work. A group of Arizona riders is putting together a AMA sanctioned racing circuit hear in district 31 that is supposed to be more technical rather than all out balls to the wall speed. Sounds like a good time to meet new riders and hone skills. We'll have to see how the Berg and I fair as the first race is schedualed for early November. I have never been involved in any organized racing so this will be new for me. Hope your ride goes well this weekend, would love to join you another time.

Glad your considering the ride up to Prescott! I will be leaving at 5am right out of work and driving up for the ride. Due to lack of ZZzzzz's I am going to stay the night under the stars with a 30 pack!!! My friend Mark that you meet out at the four peaks ride will be joining me. Look forward to seeing you up there. I will have my CB radio on ch 15 if you happen to have one yourself and see me.
