About the Passing Away of Norifumi (Norick) Abe
It is with great sadness that we learn of the death of Norifumi (Norick) Abe (32) on October 7, 2007, following a traffic accident. Norick Abe, as he is fondly known by motorcycle race fans around the world, was competing this season in the JSB1000 class of the All-Japan Championships from the “Y'S GEAR Racingâ€Â
 
a very good rider and a real shame! he was known for his unorthodox style when he first started.

Taffy,

Abe was a dirttracker.
He spent a great deal of time here in the states traveling the fairground circuit.

On first arrival Abe spoke little English. We taught him slang first. LOL

He was a great kid and evidently a damn fine adult. (on and off the track)
