Hi All
I have ordered a system from Europ and its coming with DHL to Australia ait been 5 weeks sofare
dose any one know how DHL move packages is it by air or sea
so just want to know how long i can expect to wait ?

Hi Matt,
Haven`t dealt with DHL but have had lots of stuff sent from overseas, sometimes it can arrive within a week or two, or longer 4-5 weeks.
I would give it a few more days then start inquiring.

stuff often gets "put to one side" in Aust customs, 3 months sometimes.............. and they don't really answer to anyone so they can do whatever they want.

usually most stuff is quick and with DHL you can get them to pinpoint where the item is. longest wait usually is 6 weeks for sea stuff but have waited 3 months a few times.

i would make sure you have the docket / order # ... and start asking questions .
