Hello

sad to say that the development shop in Orebro, Sweden (I think it was there?) was closed last week for Christmas and for the last time. I believe that all there lost their jobs.

It was also where all the old Husaberg information was stored and so I'm not sure where all the old paperwork will be archived?

perhaps Jocke_d knows a bit more about this - he usually does? If I'm right, there is therefore no Swedish connection to Motorcycle Industry for the first time in over 113 years (since 1903). please remember that Husqvarna are the oldest Motorcycle manufacturer in the world and beat Hardly-a-Davison by one precious year. Imagine if they hadn't....

a sad day but an inevitable one I'm afraid....

regards

Taffy

The Museum pics of the bike are great loved it. May never go but it is cool.

Does anyone want to send an e-mail to wish them well ?

RIP to the decent bikes, I just got my 1992 FE350 running I still have a 1981 husky XC430 and a 79 CR390 as well as a WR240 lc motor in a box. someone will get sick of working for the Austrians and start another line with Swedish heritage. my 2013 Te250 is a berg only in name......
