One problem solved then another one appear

Hi all i have check all wiring and rebuilt with new wire all that it need and also i have put a new solenoid and battery on my FC 470 E.

All works fine but now when i try to start the starter motor runs and when piston in is top position starter motor just stop to push it over and freerun then.

What is the problem and what can i do to fix this for all or long time because i do not want to have to fix it in each tour or trip i want to solve this problem in once for all

I am not pist over it i like to rebuild this bike it is Husaberg FC470E 2001 model but it has 550 engine that i have rip off from it and put a 470 2003 model in the chassis.

But i like to fix this problem as i say before and if anyone can send me a pic and advise about what to do i will accept that with thanks

Used once the motor is warm ?

I have also Berg 550 FE 07 model and always use the starter there at first start both on cold motor or warm and that is no problem just give it two turns on the fuelhandle and then it starts at first turnover.

Is there any diffrence in startermotor between 550 07 Berg and 470 01 Berg.I know 470 has more compression ratio then 550.

If i have a weak leg and not able to kick then i have to change to other brand i think but i hope i can get some update on this starter system so it will works like a full time starter.

is it possible to change it to work like that or do i have to count each start to replace ewerything again after about 40 starts 8O
