The heatshields look nice and simple. Would you consider making more?

It's a message from my riding pants and boots, I am just relaying.

And yes, it is ugly, but cute ugly, like a French Bulldog.

The work on this bike was just a hobby, but I don't have enough access to a shop to make pieces for other people. I didn't have time to make any drawings. The front heatshield is about 6mm away from the pipes and still puts out loads of heat; haven't burned anything even though my leg gets very toasty.
A narrow section hose clamp goes around at each location. The standoffs are 8-32 acorn nuts inverted and silver brazed to the hose clamps. OK for my riding, probably not sturdy enough for you crazy fast guys.

I haven't tried it because I would probably put some other insulator under the heatshield first. I need to get more hours on the bike before I look at what needs improving.

Hey guys, I have a carbon fibre guard, produced by a friend in Calgary, that protects the headers. It lays right on the pipe, doesn't protrude and you can put your gloved hand on it without burning yourself. I'll post a pic soon.
