Ok hi guys,
I did an oil change on my burg it's a fe 450 and i pulled the screen out of the banjo bolt at the top of the engine and now can't remember which way it goes in.
The screen is only open one end.
Cheers in advance.

Open end into the banjo bolt. But I dont think it will do much difference if you put it in the wrong way..?

oily

Hello Dean. I need to know. The books say change our oil and filter following every ride. Does anyone do this? It holds such a tiny amount that I get the reasoning behind that. It still sounds absurd tho. Some Ferraris hold a huge 15 litres of oil. Don't know about their service intervals. Your post kinda says you might not change oil everyday. Inquiring minds wonder. L

There should be an arrow molded into the plastic housing. I believe the arrow should point toward the banjo bolt. This was posted somewhere on this site a while back.

Hey mate,
Most of my riding i do on my own so it's not riden to hard and the longest they would last would be around 4 hours so my oil changes get done every 4- 5 rides.
Cheers
