Well as psot says i have a small Oil leak from Valve case how hard to fix???
do i just remove tank and rad. ??

or is thier more also don't look like it has a seal/gasket can you get them for 501fe 202 or just glue it again ?

thanks for your help

no need to remove the radiator. there is no gasket on the rocker cover. remove it and clean the sealing surface then slide it in a circular fashion over a piece of fine sandpaper on a flat surface (sheet of glass works well) and see if the surface is flat. if not, keep sliding it til it is. seal the surfaces with a very thin layer of rtv sealant. (very thin). also take note of the tiny o ring that sits in the left rear of the head. don't reassemble without it. readjust valves as per the info in the "owners doc" at the left margin.

As above but also check the tightness of the breather attachment, this is screwed into the head and if a little loose will weep down the front of the head.
