Oil banjo bolt

Just acquired an 09 450. Changed oil and screens including banjo. How crucial is this to check at each oil change? I assume the bolt correctly aligns with specified torque? Thanks in advance

FWIW

A banjo bolt will work in all directions as the fitting it goes into has a 360 degree cut-out to allow flow. Oil is a crucial element to engine failure, so with that said, clean oil is imperative as well as flow. I drop oil every three rides and oil a filter on the fifth with full cleaning. I always check any screens for metal and foreign objects just as a piece of mind. I have never had an engine failure or excessive wear. I always use full synthetic and quality fluids.

Thank you for the response. I will continue to check it. Coming from rfs motors, I don't have problems with the screens:)

Yes me to. I have been around the RFS for quite some time and had really good luck with them. I ran the oil coolers and never had any issues.
