Ohms reading; Stator 1989-1998

Where can i find the readings I should be getting on the early stators? I know that it has to be 1,750 red to black and 23 ohms green to black but I need to see it written down by the factory?

assuming you mean pre '99, i don't havea service manual earlier than that.
 
strange isn't it. the first 7 years and no service manual.....

Now I didn't know that there was one but someone in Sweden told me today that there is a `1998 Workshop manual. Armed with this info i looked through my stockpile and about 8" from my right foot are sat two of them!

So I'm going to try and get Zaga back invoolved and scan it up into a PDF document.

geez, if all you wanted was affirmation of the readings from 98 down, i could have sent you a picture of the wall scribbles in my garage. written by the factory. certified.:)
