Hey guys,
Today i took out the Rekluse z-start pro out of my 2010 390, to re-install the OEM clutch. I bought the bike second hand with the Rekluse installed, so i haven't had it all apart myself before.
So i managed to get it all back together without a workshop manual, started it up, no bad noises, but it seems my clutch isnt throwing out enough to disengage. The guy i boughht it off gave me all the old stuff, i'm just hoping i haven't missed something. A spacer on the thrust bearing perhaps?
i haven't had a chance to do any trouble shooting with the slave and master cylinders yet, i am essentially after a OEM clutch assembly intalltion guide. does anyone know if their is anything flaoting around the net? i had quick search on here and couldn't find anything. pics would be helpful.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers, Shaun.
