Hi,

Went through the parts manual for my -02 and couldn't find which kind of O-rings I shall use.

O-ring Cylinder lining 01- Is these similar to the -04?
O-ring Ignition cover 00-
O-ring Oil Screen 97- ;Are these similar as the 03 despite the different number?
O-ring Piston, Clutch Cylinder 00-
O-ring Cover, Clutch Cylinder 00-

Have anyone the correct dimensions?

I really can't help you. I know where you’re coming from though! For what I spent on the husaberg ones I could have bought a complete metric o-ring kit! From a commercial source. I'm planning on tiring to put together a spread sheet for O-ring & circlips. You could buy them by a Bakers dozen and still save money! Keep us up dated on your progress!

Go to this URL for a download or hard copy for a free oring catalog:

http://www.parker.com/ead/cm2.asp?cmid=3903&

and order the Parker oring catalog. I have one at my left elbow as I type this. It has a cross reference section for metric orings. Just look at the spec'd dimensions for each oring and write down the size. Then head to the parts house and order up what sizes you need. Or, go to this URL:

http://www.mcmaster.com/

and type in "oring" in the upper left search box to start the search. Then whip out your credit card and order them on line.

I'll take my handbook home with me and if I get the time I'll cross reference the orings of the parts books I have at home. Might even have to make a cross reference sheet to send for the site.

The O-ring Cylinder lining -01 is similar to the -04. The dimension stands in the parts manual -04.
